So the answer is no except for smaller rural areas that require subcontracted services.
Not 100% sure on that.

(11,489 posts)Congresscritters would be helpless without their staff, and would actually be able to personally witness the pain of not getting a paycheck. It wouldn't just be some nameless person in Arizona getting no paycheck. It would be the someone they actually know and care about.
