They're trying to blame Democrats for the shutdown, while at the same time sarcastically downplaying the impact of the shutdown.

They know they're the ones to blame, and they're starting to sweat...

elimination of pre-existing conditions.

THAT"S IMPOSSIBLE!!! It's the individual mandate that provides sufficient income to the insurance companies so that they CAN cover pre-existing conditions. Rep Duffy has thus proven has no basic understanding about how ACA will work.

They agreed to not ask for anything special in the CR if the Republicans wouldn't ask for anything special.

A) they have willfully violated their oath of office and should be prosecuted for doing so with purpose of evasion

I think it is appropriate for We the People to demand prosecution (impeachment) and their removal from office with all pensions and pay from the time they took this oath forfeited.
