Tried to apply for Obamacare - the system is overwhelmed

How can this be if it is so "unpopular" and "bad for 'Merica"?

Please, don't go buying something on a whim today. Explore all the options, get advice, work out the numbers, and take your time choosing. Although you can purchase a policy today, it won't go into effect until Jan. 1.
