When it says "broken downstream" you just keep clicking refresh till it works...

They need to fix the website Pronto, Maybe it's overload but the they should get more bandwidth.

I was able to log in, and put in all my info, but it won't let me view my eligibility, its literally a null result, a completely blank page. It actually says null in the address bar, so I'm assuming someone fucked up the coding on that page.

but when i got to the screen that said check eligibility after applying i got the blank screen
now i cant even log in
