They need to fix the website Pronto, Maybe it's overload but the they should get more bandwidth.

4. When it says "broken downstream" you just keep clicking refresh till it works...

I was able to log in, and put in all my info, but it won't let me view my eligibility, its literally a null result, a completely blank page. It actually says null in the address bar, so I'm assuming someone fucked up the coding on that page.
