1. Call your Congresscritter. Numbers are at the link, below

2. Express OUTRAGE and DISGUST over his/her failure to pass a budget and indicate you want the ACA funded RIGHT EFFING NOW!! Let him/her office know that any remote chance that this Rep. has of getting your vote is directly related to him/her getting with the program, passing a budget acceptable to the President, and generally ceasing to act like a clown. Mention that you squarely blame the Republican Party, and that most of your friends, family, and co-workers do as well.
3. Find like minded folks to repeat steps 1 & 2.

(86,636 posts)The ACA was never defunded, and is on track since it was never vulnerable to this discretionary budget. It is in no danger of their threats, but the actual discretionary budget, now that's what they have defunded. And soon, they will try to do the same with our debt ceiling... money they've already spent.
I do like the potential demand that these clowns stop acting like clowns (I hate clowns in general).
