Health Care hotlines besieged 30 minute wait time in the middle of the night.

Having trouble logging in.

Chat interface is jammed.

On the line to try and get a fix, 30 minute wait time in the middle of the night.

Yeah nobody wants to use this government service at all.

On edit: Waited 30 minutes and the person finally came up on the chat window so I hung up.

That person couldn't help so I had to redial - still "30" minute wait.

Will give it one more try.
