Tomorrow is the day people can start signing up.
Anyone know if they're going to keep the websites up for signup?
I presume so; however, I don't know so I'm asking if someone here has an answer.
Thanks in advance.

The federal government does not manage the actual operation of the ACA.

Not every state has its own exchange. However, the money has already been allocated, so, it won't shut down.
