Chuck Todd is fucking useless

He's on MSNBC talking about a conference committee where each chamber, the House and the Senate, would appoint conferees and they would work toward a compromise.

What the fucking idiot failed to mention is that Mitch McConnell and his fellow dumbasses in the Senate have blocked that chamber from even appointing conferees. They've been doing this for months because they wanted this shutdown.

Chuck Todd is fucking useless.

and getting his opinion in. So unprofessional. Ask a clear question and be done with it. What's with all the grandstanding? And on that level too. Only people who are really good at the job should be able to be in the press corps to ask questions of world leaders.

it was not mitch in senate,he has no power there since reid doesnt need 60 votes to appoint members to conference

according to maddow>>>>>

In the meantime, Republicans face a listless summer, with little appetite for compromise but no leverage to shape an agreement. Without that leverage, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said Tuesday, there is no point in opening formal budget negotiations between the House and the Senate, because Democrats have no reason to consider the kind of far-reaching changes to Medicare and the U.S. tax code that Republicans see as fundamental building blocks of a deal.

http://thehill.com/blogs/on-the-money/budget/295477-reid-to-seek-consent-to-convene-budget-conference-

Senate Republicans on Tuesday prevented Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) from setting up a budget conference.

Reid sought the Senate's unanimous consent to form a budget conference committee aimed at reconciling the wildly different House and Senate budget resolutions, but Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) objected.

David Gregory/Wolf Blitzer disease. One side says the earth is an oval, one says it is flat and hollow, hey, we'll have to leave it there.

Part of it is the decades long campaign of complaining by right wing toadies like Bernie Goldberg that the media has liberal bias. Of course what Bernie and others hate is that facts tend to have a liberal bias.

To be on a so called Liberal network, he propagated each and every unsubstantiated smear levied against Obama during the 2008 Presidential Primary. He's always putting the Democrats on the defensive, and never the Republicans.
