How long will it take Boehner to cave after the Senate rejects his latest stunt?

The Senate is in session tonight. Almost certainly not by coincidence.

So, the Republicans' bill will likely get tabled as quickly as they can walk it across the hall.

Then, it's only a matter of time before the House surrenders with a clean CR.

How soon will this happen?
