"Please relay to your superiors my decision to never use this business as long as it supports and sponsors Rush Limbaugh's radio program. His vile diatribes against women are misogynistic, disturbing, and completely inappropriate for national radio. If you sponsor his work, you endorse his opinions about women. Women in the US need to run the other direction from ANY business that sponsors this kind of hateful speech."

"@stonermc We’ve never paid for ads on Limbaugh show. We’re looking into the matter of “network buys” & will let you know what we discover."

The claim is always that they buy groups of networks and don't know where their ads are going.

Because if they don't that inattention will cost them customers.

I've never done business with one of the advertisers on Limbaugh's show. Not because of boycotting but somehow I am not in their customer demographics. Of course, they don't know that!

The company I work for does a bit of advertising and knows exactly which networks and shows the ads run in. In many cases which commercial break during a program is known as well. The reason is simple: metrics, metrics, metrics. How the ad performs is key: how many viewers see the spot, how many call the toll free number in the ad (each channel has a different number in it) and how many of those convert to sales.

If the advertisers don't know where their ads are running, its is because they don't care to know or are lying.

I guess we will soon have conservative and liberal companies. The conservatives will only shop at conservative stores and liberals only at liberal stores. Amazing. Are there any rules about discriminating against hiring Liberals or Conservatives?

If that happens, it will be OK. The idiots voting for the Greedy Old Pedophile party are mostly low-income losers living off (low, thanks to their heroes) gov't benefits, as proven in the NY Times county-by-county map of voting vs. gov't payouts.
