Put it quite simply, Republicans are poor losers...

The game is over and they've lost decisively... Hell, they've even been BOOED off the field of play and, still, they're disputing the score.

If this was nothing more than a sporting event, what they would be doing is nothing more than poor sportsmanship... But instead, they're playing games with people's lives and the wellbeing of the nation.

They disrespect it all.

They refuse to recognize the legitimacy of any election they lose; that is the red thread runs through it all, from 1992 to the present.

They lose but refuse to acknowledge the loss.

To their credit, they are good at setting the framework upon which issues are discussed. We need to work on that.

With the mentality of a five y.o. who had their toy privileges taken away.

No Republican is mature. They're all babies. They're afraid. They're afraid of the boogieman. They're afraid of this president. Hell, they're afraid of the dentist. <== check that out!! I have not found one Republican, who identifies as a Republican who isn't afraid of the dentist. Why that is, I have no idea.

Seems a little bit more pointed to throw their jargon back in their faces.

In all honesty, I think of them as a group of adults who never truly grew up. They act like spoiled children who throw a fit when they cannot have their way. But when one thinks about how much the Government is paying them to do their jobs, their conduct is beyond outrageous. It is just too bad when Government employees are laid off, that doesn't include a percentage of Congress as well. That would shut down the shut downs....

They see themselves as the "default" setting for the US, and ANY democrat elected is merely an aberration...a mistake.. a temporary usurper who must be demeaned, vilified and tormented.

When they lose elections, they refuse to legislate, obfuscate and terrorize any who dare to go along to get along.

They use any mechanism at hand to tinker with voting procedures to make sure only their voters get preferential treatment.
