Calling for an investigation of the President's birth certificate while he himself is being investigated by the federal government? How can he claim he is conducting a legitimate investigation with such an obvious selfish competing interest?

Can a legal case be made that Sheriff Joe is abusing the power of his position? Clearly, focusing on the President is way out of his powers, public responsibility and jurisdiction.

So wtf? Why is this a-hole still sheriff?

Because the people of Maricopa County, just loves them some Joe. And I believe that he knows where all the skeletons are, in regard to the County Supervisors...who love Joe even more then the brain dead voters who keep re-electing him.
