The Republicans are acting as if raising the debt limit is a FAVOR they're doing for Obama --

for which they deserve return favors or concessions -- instead of an obligation ALL members of the House and Senate have to honor the nation's debts -- the debts they already VOTED to incur.

And much of the media is cooperating it in framing it this way. It's disgraceful.

Now they don't want to pay for what they previously authorized.
