Some places have great service, others have very lacking service.

I worked out a while ago that, assuming a 40-hour week, it took roughly $13 an hour to bring a family of three above the federal poverty limit.

That said, I've worked fast food and, considering how high-pressure it is, $15 or more seems reasonable to me.
