remove every single Republican Tea Party members.. and that means about 85-90% of the Republican Party members out, and a permanent minority.

Monday: Firing a warning shot at his fellow Senate Republicans, Cruz told CNN's Dana Bash on Monday, "Any senator who votes (to move forward with debate on the House bill) is voting to give Harry Reid the authority to fund Obamacare."

Wednesday: Cruz votes to move forward with debate on the House bill.

And that will be debated. But, as he well knows, that provision will be stripped out by Democrats before the bill comes to the floor for a final vote. So then he'll oppose it.
