Cruz the Clown wants the cloture vote the happen on Friday because people would be watching football

on Saturday. He just said this in his cluster fluxabuster.
He apparently thinks people would be glued to the television. Apparently football watchers are fascinated with what Cruz the Clown is doing when football is not on.
