So yeah, I did tune in to C-Span2 for about 5 minutes this morning to watch Marco and Ted's Not So Excellent Adventure. Mainly it was to see whether Ted Cruz had gone full Stadium Pal yet.

This whole thing is absolutely insane. Even from an entirely objective perspective, it's just insane. So let me get this straight: they are "filibustering" the House bill repealing the ACA that they support because they know it won't pass the Senate and they don't want to deal with that fact?

So essentially, it's denial. Or insanity. Actually, it's both.

If Congress is political theater, this would be political theater of the absurd. Harold Pinter ain't got nothing on Marco and Ted.

Really what it boils down to is Marco and Ted practicing their stump speeches for 2016. I honestly think that's why they're doing that.
