That would mean spending like 50 dollar per poor person in the world? That seems very low.

That being said, I wholehartedly concur that if you follow the (MIC) money, it's very clear we (they) have got it all upside down.

And also, it wouldn't have to cost "us" anything to solve all world problems several times over. It suffices to declare all offshored profits as belonging to humankind. What is it, some 22 trillions at the very least?
