They are used, abused, shit on, and sent on their way. There are military families on food stamps. Families losing their homes. Soldiers have to wait months to get any kind of medical or psychological help. "Support the troops". Yeah. Supporting the troops means wearing a tri corner hat and US flag underwear while letting soldiers and their families suffer.

Rep Phil Gingrey (R-Crazyasfuckistan) complained today that he's stuck making $172,000 a year while having to survive the horrors of sitting in a controlled climate, whining about Democrats.

The low grade pay for a Marine is around $1400 a month. Congress should be making that while the soldiers get Congressional pay.

Fuck supporting the troops. It's time to TAKE CARE OF THE TROOPS.
