Ours are just more prominent.

Good luck on the sale of your timeshare, the only thing that worries me here are the home-swallowing sink holes.

I have a job that causes me to work with complete strangers everyday, to include strangers from Sanford. I have been on the job for 20 years and have literally met uncountable thousands of people that live here. I have run into a pretty good number of unstable folks, but I have never met one of these. I have friends in the business who have met one. They make a good war story. "You think that's wacky? You shoulda seen this one..."

Usually I win that sort of contest. I have a tale about a lady who was concerned about strange dogs taking a dump in her yard, who had saved samples of the offending poo in her freezer so I could match them up to the offending critters.... She was off her meds that day (literally, mom was at the pharmacy getting more, which is why she had access to the phone...) I have witnesses, it was real, and almost always wins the contest.

I have never met a Zimmerman (thankfully). I don't think they are all that easy to find here.

Not necessarily against murder, but at least if victimized, odds are better for justice.

Bravo.
