I am assuming (perhaps wrongly) that it was a bridge that washed out there?

to deal with here. The bozo who wanted to do away with Volcano monitoring and thought the sequester was great? Turns out Weather Monitoring is getting slashed due to the sequester. Who needs Hurricane updates right?

They may kill us all anyway just through the mantra of Govt is evil.

just pick and choose the good Dems to help eh? But a lot of folks are being helped more by neighbors than by gov't. As taxpayers we contributed to Katrina, Wilma, Rita and Sandy clean-up, as well as Texas explosion and California fires. We did not complain. I was even happy to see my R congressman stand beside our D senators and D governor in asking for help. Get a grip on your humanity Katashi
