Remember back when everybody took checks, when certain restaurants would have a wall of shame full of names of people who bounced checks?

Sounds like a plan. Every time a customer is an asshole to the staff, get his picture from the security cameras, get his name from the credit card slip, and put them up on the wall, informing said customers they're no longer welcome to eat there.
