There is no record of the SEC filing because under the JOBS Act, Twitter gets to submit their registration statement on a confidential basis. Here is a link to the current SEC filings for Twitter http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=twitter&owner=exclude&action=getcompany

I do not like the JOBS act for a number of reasons including the concept that it is okay to have private or secret SEC filings.
