So Lake Mary police saying it's ok to go to someone's house, smash and destroy an iPad, and no charges for destroying hundreds of dollars worth of personal property???!!! WHAT???

Since their divorce is not yet final - the iPAD could still be considered community property.

(32,610 posts)and Georgie is staying even though the house is owned by Shellie's father?
Did you watch the press conference with Shellie and her attorney about an hour ago? The police are still covering for Georgie. George (by arrangement) was not supposed to be at the house but he came with his girlfriend and his 400 pound bodyguard.
Also, the girlfriend has revealed that there were guns in the truck. Why didn't the police check?

(36 posts)If they are still legally married, he cannot be held criminally liable for damage to any property that either of them owns. If a judge presiding over the divorce has issued an order not to sell, destroy or move property, Zimmerman could face a civil contempt of court violation.
