Looks like Zimmerman's going to get off

The wife has changed her story and now claims there was no gun. Zimmy's been released and no charges filed. Since it's a domestic violence situation and family members often fail to go through with pressing charges, the authorities should press charges anyway.

Hours later, Shellie Zimmerman changed her story and said she never saw a firearm, said Bracknell. For the time being, "domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said.

Shellie Zimmerman and her father left the home just after 4 p.m. George Zimmerman was spotted by Local 6 news helicopter Sky 6 standing outside of the home with police, wearing a flannel shirt and baseball cap.

George Zimmerman cooperated with police and is calm, according to police, but is accusing Shellie Zimmerman of being the aggressor in the conflict.

As of Monday afternoon, no arrests have been made and George Zimmerman is "no longer in investigative detention," according to police. Police are investigating the incident as a domestic battery and have retrieved the home surveillance videos from David Dean, Shellie's father. If they find evidence that a crime occurred, charges could be filed later.

and how his wife actually left him on the day he killed trayvon. yet there is some reluctance to do something about it. but they aren't totally protecting him since they are talking . they want it out there.

but some pressure being put on them ?

That certainly affected his mood. Here we see he reacted very badly after she filed for divorce. The fight with his wife the night Trayvon was killed could have put him in a very angry state of mind and played a role in his actions.

That means she has been and is under his psychological control. I would not assume her motives are financial.

according to the Washington Post. The house is owned by Mrs. Zimmerman's parents and both Zimmerman's were living there until she moved out. It seems she is the one who returned unexpectedly.

I would like to get more details about this situation, but I won't hold my breath that anything will come out in the media that is able to explain exactly what happened. I wish they would all just go away.

So far, there's no physical evidence of any injuries.

But fire officials who responded to the scene “checked everyone physically” and found that “no one had any visible marks or needed any treatment,” according to Hudson.

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/09/09/20406563-police-called-to-incident-between-george-zimmerman-wife

If the home's surveillance tapes show any evidence of physical violence, then the state will charge him.

All those people here that bent themselves backwards to say Tray was a criminal and the GZ was justified, you ignored the domestic abuse he got himself out of before, and you will ignore this. Why, because you want to keep your guns to use against the people that scare you. Oh no, I am not calling you racist, as I am sure you would like to shoot at people of whatever race you happen to be as well.

You know that GZ is a symbol of a lot that has gone wrong with this country, and that one day, when he finally runs out of luck, and when someone else is possibly dead by him, that you will own him.

It says Shellie and her father never saw the gun, but they clearly felt threatened because they know Zimmy is armed and dangerous.

Some of that murder trial jury may feel a bit of empathy, because, well, he hurt white people.

Unintended consequences.
