Clinton says she's just come from a meeting with Obama. Her takeaways, she says, include that the U.S. must swiftly respond to the use of chemical weapons by Assad, and that an important step could be Syria's surrender of chemical weapons stockpiles given full participation and cooperation from Russia and the international community.
