And all those saying Assad needs to go and this is justification enough, well guess what, Obama isn't talking about doing that or anything major at all. He is saying the military strike would be only a shot against the bow, a warning shot, and that is all.

are so cavalier about bombs falling on other people's cities.

'What's a little bombing here and there?'

Would you be for a shot across the bow somewhere here in the US? Why not? If dropping bombs is the solution to everything, if there is no other option we can think of, then maybe it should become the standard solution to every issue, such as dealing with our OWN WAR CRIMINALS. Do you know how many victims of OUR OWN WAR CRIMINALS there are in the world?

Must we add the third choice of death by shock and awe?

Is we'd be helping constituents of Al Qaeda with military action.

We let 100,000 deaths "happen to the people of Syria", but now we're outraged? What a joke.

You don't explain how we become "much of what al-Qaeda has said we are" if we don't "do something". by do something do you mean a military strike? Have you considered the possible ramifications of a military strike? Do you understand that by launching one we could help the actual A-Q?
