assuming the resolution to bomb syria fails thats would be proof that we dont need the enormous military we now have.
i propose an immediate 50% cut to the defense budget.
out of a 680b defense budget that a savings of 340B

given a us budget deficit of 670b for the fiscal year that would instantly cut the deficit in half.. rethugs ought to love that.
