but at least he's a no. I didn't vote for either of my Senators, either, and one is a yes and the other is undecided. I guess I need to call the undecided one and neglect to mention I didn't vote for him and wouldn't vote for him if he was the last person on earth.

I'm also in CA, and my Rep also is still in the undecided column--House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy.

I checked to see where House Armed Services Chair Buck McKeon is--and found he's also undecided so far. He was my Rep before the latest redistricting shifted a border a few blocks.

There is an email addy for that at the bottom of its main article:

Obviously, a link to a news report or public statement should be included in any update sent to TPM.

I had no idea you could be so profound.

They had to drop a basket to get me out, as ground fire was too intense to land. Being winched up through that shit was...interesting. You brace for the impact of the bullets, and when they don't hit you know it's a miracle.

They took a friend out on a jungle penetrator...but he didn't make it. Taking machine gun fire in the chest rarely leads to a good prognosis... But I found his family after 20 years and we laid a wreath together at his panel on the Wall.

I'm sure we'll meet one day, brother. Perhaps at a DU meetup or or on a Memorial Day or Veterans' Day at the Wall.

It will be my pleasure to shake your hand. And to say, once again, "I'm glad you made it."

My Senators (Levin, Stabenow) are undecided as of last report. Levin prefers arming the rebels with weapons that cannot be used against us later. Stabenow is undecided, but seems to want to support the President.

My Rep, Bill Huizenga, is a right wing Republican (typical for my very rural district). He is against Syrian intervention. Guy's a real loon, but he's right on this, but probably not for the right reasons.
