I have seen the video before at a main Indian news site
my feelings are that both sides have done atrocities.
The video and the event should be analyzed by the UN though.

A video posted on Facebook and YouTube websites shows the so-called Free Syrian Army (FSA) militants launching a gas attack on a Syrian village.
Might give a window into the article's/website's legitimacy ... at the very least, it suggests a not so subtle "journalistic bias."
