How much will the Syria attack cost in dollars (millions)

and how could we spend that money in a better way of ending the violence in Syria (or Syrians)?

If we are going to waste the millions (a missile from a drone probably costs a million) on the attack.. why don't we send it to Jordon, Turkey and Iraq for the Syrian refugees?

update: Quakers posted that a tomahawk missile costs 1.4 M. Just one of them.
