For the Congress to say no to military intervention and that becoming the precedent that gets us away from these nonsensical intrusions we've become so infamous for. Its time we quit that shit and you've got to start somewhere. Britain showed the way, all we need do is follow.

(23,484 posts)Could be wrong... there is a lot of opposition to war against Syria on the right. I fear that the left will fail to outperform the right in terms of rallying opposition to the proposed war.
