3. The DOJ is too busy protecting the Bush War Criminals to deal with an innocent Democrat's

egregious Political prosecution.

They did have time however to vacate the conviction of Republican Ted Stevens based on prosecutorial misconduct.

Since the misconduct in the Seigelman prosecution is documented to the point where even Republicans have acknowledged it, you have to wonder why the DOJ has been ignoring this good Democrat while taking care of Ted Stevens.

I have signed the petitions for Siegelman, he is a great Democrat and this is a horrific travesty of justice.
