I wonder why Huffington Poo thinks nudes, breasts, see-through dresses, and breast-feeding yoga moms

are pertinent to the news?

I go here for occasional news, and they stick shitty insulting sexist crap on the front page.

Is this how they get click through payments from the Freepers?

Jesus what a shitty contrast to trying to be a real news outlet.

I only said that it wasn't a real news outlet, for the exact reason the OP stated. What do boobs have to do with the news? But I guess this kind of thing goes on everywhere.

i go to a ton of news sites, they all of course like to get revenue, including DU, but Huffington Post stands out as looking greedy about it.

And the content is crap, or it's stolen, and filled with inflammatory bullshit, half of it RW friendly.

Huffington Poo.

I'm gonna remember that!

I would guess that the HuffPost prefers to be a popular site, rather than an unpopular site.

I would further guess that, on balance, HuffPost is not real worried about retaining you, in specific, as a reader versus the effect on their traffic of complying to your wishes.

It's like asking why a tattoo magazine has all those tattoos in it because I don't buy magazines about tattoos.

It isn't about me.

Wartune and Trynon? Fact is, most of the time when I click on news links here, there are sex-selling sidebars wherever the source.
