Is it me, or is Chris Matthews being a bit of a dick about Ed?

Listening yesterday, the hosts were all "Yay, Ed's coming back to weekdays"

Chris "we will be on EXCLUSIVELY at 7pm eastern, follow us there". Not a word about Ed.

Dick much?

I think thats how the TV biz works, so it could mean a pay cut.

He's still getting paid.

It's pure pettiness. And yes, I saw his announcement and felt the same as others here.

Well looks like there's going to be some belt tightening in the Matthew's household.

because it feels like a demotion and maybe it is. However, he's still got the better time slot for most people out west.

I won't be tuning in but that's because I never do.

He didn't even want to mention Ed's name. How much money does he need? He and Gregory probably make the most, and MSNBC would be wise to let those 2 go.

but I was wondering how he was going to handle it. I never thought his show deserved two slots anyway.

Having said that, I can't wait for Big Eddie to come back! My MSNBC watching plummeted after they took him off.

Acutally I never watch since he and Joy Ann Reid laughed at the CPI.Guess it's really funny to watch seniors hurting. I was really surprised about Joy's reaction.
