Rubio isn't a Christian.

He was baptized a Mormon. His father was a Mormon; the seed of Mormonism is passed through the father like the seed of Judaism is passed through the mother.

But the confusion is because his father was Mormon. The Mormon world sees Rubio as one of theirs. And Mormonism isn't Christianity.
