Just when you think you've seen it all: Obama can't be president because he's 'mulatto'

No I'm not shitting you, this isn't a joke or satire...

If we thought President Obama silenced all the birthers by releasing his long form birth certificate last year, think again. Apparently, some folks still have doubts and are taking it one step further: to court.

Tuesday, Gordon Warren Epperly filed a lawsuit in Alaska challenging President Obama's inclusion on the 2012 presidential ballot. What's Epperly's beef? Apparently, he feels Negroes and mulattoes can't be president because they aren't really citizens.

His lawsuit states:

Barack Hussein Obama II, a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama, a.ka. Barack H. Obama has the race status of being a "mulatto." Barack Obama's father (Barack Hussein Obama I) was a full blood Negro being born Nyang'oma Kogelo, Nyanza Province, Kenya and raised in the Colony of Kenya. Barack Obama's mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) was a white Caucasian woman being born in Wichita, Kansas on November 29, 1942 and raised in the state of Washington and in the state of Hawaii.

The petition concludes:

As stated above, for an Individual to be a candidate for the office of president of the United States, the candidate must meet the qualifications set forth in the United States Constitution and one of those qualifications is that the Candidate shall be a "natural born citizen" of the United States. As Barack Hussein Obama II is of the "mulatto" race, his status of citizenship is founded upon the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Before the [purported] ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, the race of "Negro" or "mulatto" had no standing to be citizens of the United States under the United States Constitution.

Is he asserting that Barack Obama was born before the 14th amendment was ratified?

Or is he asserting that no part of the constitution adopted before the 14th amendment (bill of rights, etc) applies to those whose citizenship is defined under the 14th amendment?

fucking idiot.

I can't stomach the whole thing, but here is his challenge to the National Archivist (:wtf) about that:
Took out the link - Google "Gordon Warren Epperly" and it's the first hit.

The site where that is posted has a lot more of this crap.

Maybe I shouldn't post this stuff here - it is definitely a hate site.

for becoming a state and how to admit into the union those territories that meet such criteria, and that they're then to be considered a full, participating part of the nation. Gah. Sometimes I wonder if we've all fallen into a backwards-moving time machine.

filed in a state that challenges Obama's eligibility to be on that state's presidential ballot needs to be immediately thrown out and the filers slapped with Rule 11 sanctions and declared vexations litigators. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. IN. EVERY. SINGLE. STATE. PERIOD. ENOUGH ALREADY. STOP THIS SHIT ONCE AND FOR ALL. Enough, enough, enough, enough, enough, enough, enough, enough, ad infinitum.

And even after years of (formerly by now) being in the legal field and after four years and counting of being married to an attorney, I have almost NEVER read such utter, complete, total, absurd, Alice-in-Wonderland bullshit as this pig vomit. They're not even hiding their hate and racism anymore. Apparently, this idiot has never heard of or understood "amendment", nor does he understand that the constitution he claims to revere provides for amendments and spends a good deal of time mapping out the possible processes for them, And how in the holy fucking hell is the 14th Amendment NOT ratified? What all this increasingly-convoluted and idiotic birther bullshit it basically boils down to is that he and his ilk simply cannot handle the fact that there's a black man sitting BEHIND the desk in the Oval Office instead of cleaning it.

So this imbecile is implying that the 14th amendment wasn't even officially ratified.
