http://www.ie6countdown.com/Why are so many Chinese still using it ? I don't get it. IE7 has been out since October 2006. Win8.1 is now on IE11. Anyone know why ?

Most government, bank and shopping websites only work with IE6, meaning you can Chrome or Firefox it all you want until its time to send an online payment or do anything at all involving the government. While the countrys slick, high-tech companies gorge themselves on gleaming Apple products, HR and finance departments have to continuously uncheck that IE8 box during new installations of pirate copies of XP.
