Meghan McCain: Rick Santorum Would Face 'Bloodbath' Against Obama

Meghan McCain ripped into Rick Santorum Wednesday on MSNBC, warning that he would stand no chance against President Obama.

"Santorum is on every level an unelectable candidate," she said. "I think for anyone the end goal should be beating President Obama. And if you want to put Santorum up against President Obama, I always say it's going to be an absolute bloodbath during the election cycle."

When asked whether Wednesday night's CNN debate would be Santorum's to lose, McCain said no on the basis that Romney is the frontrunner -- an assertion that looks less than solid in recent polls.

"No, it's Romney's to lose tonight," she said. "Romney's still the frontrunner. But I think this is going to be an ugly debate tonight. Santorum knows this is pretty much his last time to get national attention from everyone and he's probably going to act like a big child."

I do believe Little Ricky is going to be an complete showboat. Gingrich has nothing left (unless his sugar daddy keeps throwing money at him), so it's down to Santorum versus Romney, and it's going to be a showdown.

Joe Scarborough...of all people...made a great observation regarding Santorum. He can't control himself. That, ultimately, will be his undoing. Eventually people will get sick of the crazy.

5. It'll be more like diharrea and bukakke. If there's blood in the Santorum you're doing it wrong...

statements about Obama will win. Watch the applause and cheering as the gauge for who is doing the "best".

She deserves to be a paid political expert because she is so well versed in the world of politics...

that MSNBS ever have actual political scientists on to explain politics. Why hire experts in the field when you can get a random personality like McCain to give you their insights?
