A self made millionaire who pulled himself up by his bootstraps by getting married and taking over his wife's father's company. It was his obvious business acumen that got Johnson over.

Here in Michigan we have a Gov who won on that, but doesn't seem to be able to create anything but chaos.

His plan to have everyone in Wisconsin marry someone rich and take over their father's company just hasn't really taken off yet.

...many on the left stayed home because EVERYTHING hadn't gone exactly the way THEY wanted it to, so they took their ball and went home. The media certainly went all out to promote the teabagger "phenomena".

2010 happened, botom line, because Democrats didn't support their own. As a result, people like Russ Feingold were sent home. People like rand paul and pat toomey went to Washington.

PEACE!

It enrages me -- seriously. We've ALL been living the dream ever since as a result.

I'm not holding them solely responsible, but what would have happened if we DID get enough votes? I hope we'll be wiser in the next election.

a lot of people were pissed about the affordable care act and had completely bought into the propaganda against it. I worked the phones and a lot of people were pissed at Feingold, mostly about the healthcare thing. It was sickening to work the phones in 2010.

He refused to take financial help from the DNC, standing on principle. His loss was and remains tragic.
