It isn't a law. It's a guideline for all and a requirement for those getting federal assistance... HopeHoops Feb 2012 #3

at least not that I am aware of. However one kid in NC got hassled over the contents of his lunch and that equates to the SS kicking in doors to examine the contents of your fridge. It's all Obama's fault. And Michelle's because she is encouraging people to eat healthy food.

It doesn't take much to push them over the edge.

I googled and all I could find was that story in NC. But my son's college professor was complaining about the law, and said you know who else told us what we could eat...yup that's right Hitler. I'm not kidding that's what his professor said.

Then on another site and someone is whining about it there. Says that's over the line but the trans vag ultrasound is reasonable. Jesus, they're all nuts.

... for school lunches. Anyone is free to pack their own lunch with 27 twinkies if they want. The only new "law" is that pizza is a vegetable (thank you Congress for focusing on the most serious problem in our country) and that's based on Reagan declaring that ketchup was a vegetable - it is made from HFCS (sort of a corn product) and tomatoes.
