All Natural Cures and Home Remedies
That Will Give You RELIEF From Your Symptoms NOW Proven In Clinical Trials!
"Don't go anywhere, because this could be the most important information about your health you'll ever read!"
After researching 1,000's of natural cures and home remedies, spending months sifting through hundreds of reports and studies, and putting my findings to the test on real people in my natural healing clinic...
I can say that the majority of natural "cures" are completely bogus.
But the ones that are effective seem to work like magic! And many of them can give you almost instant relief from your symptoms. Now, you can get access to my vault of natural cures and home remedies that you can find in your own kitchen cupboard - backed by thousands of hours of scientific research...
Example 1: Did you know that if every woman in the United States would get just one nutrient every day breast cancer rates would drop 50 Percent?
Example 2: Did you know that you can make a natural laxative that works many times better for constipation than any over the counter laxatives? Just eat four prunes twice a day and you will have the most effective and gentlest home remedy for constipation.
Example 3: Did you know that 6 cherries have the same effect as 1 aspirin? Plus cherries are filled with antioxidants!

(36,827 posts)Some of the claims in this book seem to be rather dubious. However, it does contain some decent nutritional information as well as good information on synthetic OTC remedies. It also provides instructions on how to prepare various natural remedies for those who wish to use them.

(2,693 posts)the equivalent of 81mg of aspirin...I love cherries and pecans. However; a guilty bowl of cherries will not even have the same slightest effect upon my blood pressure that aspirin does.
I of course, would highly recommend eating as many cherries as you can get your hands on anyways though, just in case!

(62,276 posts)Looking again at the claim they don't mention tart / sour cherries (prunus cerasus) so without actually getting the ebook I can't say for sure the claim is exact (the example may not be the same as the claim in the book which may focus on tart cherries).

(62,276 posts)I'd of course check out each claim individually before doing it but I picked one at random so there's a good chance this is decently researched.

(36,827 posts)First of all, I don't really value holistic medicine as a way to fix what is wrong with you. I see more value in what it can do to keep you from getting sick in the first place. There seems to be a good bit of information on nutrition and the benefits of anti-oxidants in this book, which certainly isn't a bad idea. However one should certainly take claims that ginkgo biloba is going to fix grandma's dementia with a grain of salt.

(62,276 posts)Normally I would ignore the thread, as I don't care to be associated with what some consider "woo" but I checked a random claim and was surprised by the result. I am open to alternate or home remedies, it's all about being informed of how the world works around you.
Hell, aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) was derived from a plant (Willow) and has been known about since ancient Egyptian times (similar to how Aloe is derived from plants and goes back a long time).
I'm actually amused by the "skeptics" calling woo without checking the data.

(2,693 posts)and it has never made the slightest difference in my blood pressure logs that baby aspirin does. Perhaps for some people it does, just not me it seems.
Perhaps the guilt of eating so many cherries offsets it?
