Pennsylvania police chief: F*ck all you libtards out there, you take it in the a**

The mayor of Gilberton, Pennsylvania is standing by her city’s police chief despite a series of profanity-laced and threatening videos.

In a video that has received wide attention, police chief Mark Kessler repeatedly tells those upset by his use of profanity to “go f*ck yourself” as he fires various automatic weapons.

Mayor Mary Lou Hannon told The Morning Call that Kessler had the right to express himself. The city would “not take action to quash free speech, whether or not each member of council or any member of council agrees with it.”

Kessler has uploaded several profanity-laced videos to YouTube. In one video, Kessler berates “libtards” and warns of an armed rebellion against the government.

The 2nd Amendment has nothing to do with hunting or sporting purposes whatsoever! no matter what the CONTROLED MAIN STREAM MEDIA or the TYRANNICAL politicians tell you! So that any violence is okay by this alleged enforcer of the Constitution? Or does he makes this up as he goes along? Can anyone mistake this intimidation, and the denial of equal rights for all in this country?

No doubt his mental version of the Constitution goes no further than the 10th Amendment, and he has no problem with the 3/5th Compromise in the Constitution. Forget all those pesky things like blacks voting, women voting, 18 year olds voting, etc. And that nasty 14th with its Due Process, Equal Protectiuon under the Law, Birthright Citizenship, must go. Just as Paul Ryan promises to do with a Consitutional repeal through RED state legislatures. They are pushing us to that crisis point, to change the Constitution, while Citizens United is in force to assure a RWNJ theocratic take over.

I can't say how many times that the word 'liberal' is used as a curse word totally out of context to dictionary or political meanings. But after Americans have encouraged speech like this, which I've seen for over thirty years, which clearly goes from rhetoric to calling for action, we shouldn't be surprised:

I once read somewhere that PA had more hate groups per capita than any other state.

The roots of these peoples' problems goes all the way back to the early 1900s.

Many of their parents and grandparents were taken advantage of by wealthy mine owners, and then when the Depression came and the mines were closed, the rich people walked away unharmed, and the miners, who had never been paid decently and spent what little they were paid at the extortionist company stores, were stranded.

My dad was born in one of these little coal towns, and when the Depression hit and his Dad lost his mine job, my grandparents packed 3 kids, a dog, and everything they owned into a single car and drove the family away from what they perceived as a dying area. Everyone else with even a glimmer of an opportunity moved away, and there wasn't much left for the people left behind. My dad used to tell stories about once visiting one of his mother's brothers who stayed behind and was so poor that his family was living in a tent with a dirt floor. But he had enough money for Klan robes.

I'm not excusing these people, just explaining that the center of Pennsylvania is part of Appalachia, with all its attendant exploitation and poverty. These people blame everyone but the ultra rich for their problems, and they love our state's Fracker-in-Chief and its Club for Growth Senator.

"I think the video is in support of the Constitution -- the support of the First Amendment, the right to express your thoughts and words freely without reprisal from any government," Kessler told the Republican-Herald. "That's why I used the vocabulary I did. As for the firing of the guns, that is my Second Amendment right. I have the right to keep and bear arms regardless of what the government says that I don't."

"You don't see me going out and dragging people out of their vehicles and beating on them. You don't see me doing anything like that," he told the newspaper, comparing his videos to those that purport to show police brutality. "Did I use some vulgar language? Absolutely. Is it my right to do that? Absolutely. It's the First Amendment. Did I fire off a gun? Absolutely."

This boy is about half a popsicle away from a total melt down. His speeches could possibly be interpreted as making terrorists threats, a felony.

The fact this person is willing to be interviewed shows his contempt for real law enforcement and the public in general. His continued rants on YouTube and the automatic weapons indicate that he feels he, and possibly his crew, are invincible. Many of these ultra righties think that if/when they start the rebelution the masses will rise up and join them. At the first shot, most will shit their pants or have heart attacks.

It always amazes me that these cowboys challenge the gubment to come and get their guns. I guess they think one guy will ask them to turn the over guns and they can show how powerful they are. Forget about the SWAT teams, armored personnel carriers, helicopters, and snipers that can take them out from over a mile away.

How many innocent people is this idiot willing to hurt to prove that he has the God given right to display his ignorance and fear to the world. If he were applying for a clearance to have access to government sensitive or classified information he would, most assuredly, face a psychological evaluation. If I were the one conducting the investigation, he would come to my office for his interview, leave all weapons in his vehicle, and have his briefcase or bag searched prior to the interview. It doesn’t take much to set these people off.

Two and three, does he have a permit for fully automatic weapons and if so who approved it? Someone making threats against a representative of the United States probably shouldn't have access to anything more powerful than a sling shot.

Four, the taxpayers didn't buy the ammunition he shot in those videos, did they?

may start with anyone in Gilberton who speaks out against the police department or tries to get Kessler fired. They have a very serious problem on theirs hands giving this guy and his cohorts reign over the city. Kessler and cohorts have an agenda and sooner or later they are going to attempt to carry it out.

(Actually, a 3-hour drive into an even worse area than this), it should be Gene Hackman and Willem Dafoe. The front of his shirt is a dead giveaway. The Klan has a good foothold in central and northern Pennsylvania. That's why it's a blue state with huge NRA membership.

american thugs from office,” he wrote. Is he saying it's time to start acting like Hitler's Nazis? Isn't the Southern Poverty Law Center at the top of the American Nazi Party and Klan hit list - is that what he's referring to with he says he wants to "clean" out "Anti-American" organizations?

In a video on basic pistol defense, Kessler repeatedly shoots a picture of scary clown, which he says is Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). He calls Secretary of State John Kerry a “c*cksucker” in another video before firing off an automatic weapon.

Tuesday on his Facebook page, Kessler called for a massive rally to “show these tyrants we will not stand for any more violations on our constitution or our freedoms.”

“I’m calling on all true Americans , all militia members, all true oath keepers to assemble, be ready to march on a tyrannical county government right here in Schuylkill county Pennsylvania, democrats are the true enemy of our country, our freedoms, our constitution, along with liberal news agency’s , liberal news reporters, much like hitlers nazis , time we clean these antiamerican thugs from office,” he wrote.

Kessler is also a freshman member of the North Schuylkill School Board and founder of the Constitution Security Force, which lists the Southern Poverty Law Center as an “anti-American organization.”

even if those are not actual images of the officials, combined with talk about marching on government offices to "clean . . . ("antiamerican" officials) from office" sure sounds like threatening the lives of government officials. Isn't that a federal crime or something?

The mayor can support the chief in calling me all the names he wants. Ultimately, it means less votes for them.

This should be an interesting "rebellion" to watch.

Published: August 30, 2011:

"GIRARDVILLE - Gilberton's police chief was wounded by his own weapon late Saturday during an altercation while he was off duty at a Girardville bar, state police said Monday.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Mark Kessler suffered a gunshot wound to the hand that required treatment at Saint Catherine Medical Center Fountain Springs.

State police said Monday they are still investigating the incident and many questions remained unanswered.

Schuylkill Haven commander Sgt. Steven J. Stinsky said Kessler was in the Second Street Pub when a scuffle broke out among several patrons. For reasons unknown to state police, Kessler got involved and at some point a pistol he was carrying discharged, shooting him in the hand..."

I thought that most of the people here totally supported the Police. Shouldn't we leave it to the people of that town to decide. After all that was the excuse from those who defended the actions of the Police in the Watertown area when they stormed the streets in armored cars and machine guns. The answer we got when questioning this was an overwhelming (from people here on DU) shout that the People of Boston turned out to cheer the Police. We were told, if we weren't there, we had no right to comment on the tactics the police used. http://www.democraticunderground.com/10022747864

4. Why are the only objections to that search coming from people who are not even from the area?
5. Where is even one resident of that area or neighborhood raising a stink about that search?

Now, we're being told the same thing regarding the despicable behavior of Anthony Weiner. http://www.democraticunderground.com/10023328643

So here is my point friends. Either you have principles, and your ideals are based upon those principles, or you have inconsistencies from issue to issue and are mocked by the rest as having a hypocritical sense of right and wrong. We demand that the Government do something to fix what is wrong in Florida, while demanding that everyone butt out of what happened in Boston/Watertown. We demand that everyone get together and force this ass of a Police Chief out of his job, while demanding on the same day that the People of New York get to decide what happens with Anthony Weiner.

Principles, applied fairly, to every incident is the only way to go. It is principle over party, core principles applied to every situation. Right is never wrong, and wrong is never right this way. We avoid the image of hypocrisy, and we are a better people, and a better party because of it. Or we can keep doing what we are, flitting from one side of an issue, arguing that the locals should decide (Watertown) and then flit to the other side of the same issue demanding that people take action to stop the locals (Florida).

Your principles must be sound, and applied equally. Otherwise we are always going to be driving our supporters away, and that is what we can't do if we want to win elections, and get a majority of the people behind us. So decide, first for yourselves, and then argue your position here. Is principle going to be a driving force in our party, or are we going to continue flitting from issue to incident and deciding on a case by case basis what our beliefs are this week?
