Why hasn't Pelosi used a discharge petition for the Senate's immigration bill?

Is there a reason she hasn't tried filing a discharge petition in the House in order to pass the Senate's immigration bill? Are there around 17-20 House Republicans that would support it? Or are there several conservative Democrats that will not support it?

Giving amnesty is a "liberal" position? I don't think so. Wasn't it Reagan that gave a one-time amnesty?
