Secondly, as treasury secretary he played a key role in the repeal of Glass-Steagal.

Thirdly, there is the 1.8 billion dollars he lost for the Harvard endowment in a series of high risk transactions.

The guy shouldn't be allowed to run a scale model choo-choo train but here we are again.
