Is this a credible site and what happened here

http://investmentwatchblog.com/breaking-massive-fire-reported-in-the-basement-at-the-jp-morgan-gold-warehouse-on-wall-street-why-so-many-firetrucks/
<snip>
20 Firetrucks, 4+ ambulance and police showed up

There is zero media coverage about this beside Stopmotions stream of the event and a few locals tweeting about it

This is supposedly where JP Morgan keeps their gold. The very same gold that has been dwindling down at astonishing rates lately. JP Morgan warehouse 100 feet below CMP 1 on Wall Street.

If I had gold, and thought something bad was coming, I would hide it.
But - maybe a fire is just a fire.

even if the site itself is a blog and therefore a little dodgy.

I'm not surprised by the response. They need the personnel there to knock the fire out ASAP. They don't care about the gold, it'll survive. They care about the stupid piles of paper and any infrastructure that is running through the building, which might be considerable.

ETA: I've been a researcher and worked in the bowels of several banks. The basement is usually choked with boxes of computer printouts and other paper, they usually try to store up to 5 years' worth. I've seen bank records in basements going back to the turn of the century if the bank was that old.

Send him an email so that he has time to dress first.

Not enough brain bleach for that selfie he tweeted this weekend...
