At least if your point is that Liz Cheney moved to Wyoming to avoid laws singling out gays. She is straight. She has a husband. And she moved to Wyoming a year ago. Her sister, who is gay (and is married with a wife) still lives in Virginia and has rarely if ever gotten involved in politics.

No, it has nothing to do with Mary. I had all but forgotten about Mary. I have no fucking idea where Mary Cheney lives, nor do I care.

No, the source of my somewhat (I thought) whimsical remark was that the net that the Cooch casts could haul in some fish that he doesn't want to catch. If truly enforced damn near everyone in Virginia over 18 could go to jail.
