An Act to Confirm the Value of Human Life

Anyone who by use of a Lethal/Dangerous Weapon and/or other instrument shall be subject to a Jail term of 1yr for having denied another Human their Right to Life. This shall apply in addition to any other legal charges and without regard to the legality of the actions resulting in death of a Human.

The intent is to confirm the value of Human life from Birth untill Death. And that anyone responsible for another's death regardless of reason or justification will spend a minimum 1 year in jail for having denied such a right to a fellow human. It forces each person facing the thought of having to pull the trigger of asking is this killing worth the cost of a year in jail? There are times when the answer may be yes. But outside of war I would make no exceptions, not even for the Secret Service.
