Seeking intelligent and some tech-savvy DUers re; justice for Trayvon, and for all of us.

Hey, folks. Thanks for stopping by.

I'll keep this simple. I'd like to form a new group with the following statement of purpose:

"Discuss high-profile and/or controversial criminal cases and trials, collect and share evidence analysis for group discussion and trial data, either cold case or ongoing. Please keep debates and discussions to known fact and empirical evidence, citations preferred."

That SoP is a rough draft and is open to any suggestions.

The reason I come forward with this proposition is that I think I could conceivably prove through empirical evidence that Zimmerman acted with both premeditation and reckless/ill intent, but I need help of DUers more knowledgeable than I am in certain areas in order to solidify my findings. Together, we can work to serve justice and correct injustice.

This is a preliminary thought process, subject to discussion and approval. In the meantime, thank you for stopping by. Your thoughts are always appreciated and welcomed wholeheartedly.

Thank you, and have a good day.

but then state that you will "keep it simple".

What are your standards for intellect and how complex can the simple become?

The request itself is simple; a forum dedicated to righting, in one way, shape, or form miscarriages of justice. Support is appreciated, and while technological savvy is not required, it certainly is helpful.

This is where it gets a bit more... complicated.

Myself and a few friends of mine have started to analyze the Zimmerman data currently collected, and between us, we think we may have found some evidence that the prosecution either missed or failed to address, including ballistic trajectory, relative spatial awareness, influence of physics, certain audio clues in Zimmerman's 911 call and other such minutae that, when taken individually, holds little bearing but when assembled into empirical evidence, may have landed Zimmerman behind bars.

Individual skills that I'd like to see in people who would be involved:

Basic and complex mathematics (Algebra, calculus, geometry, trigonometry)
Moderate understanding of basic audio analysis programs
Basic to moderate video editing knowledge (I think a youtube channel would aid in our cause)
Basic to advanced medical knowledge
Basic to advanced knowledge of weaponry of all types
Basic to advanced knowledge of martial art forms
Basic to advanced knowledge of local and federal criminal legislation
Basic Google-Fu and ability to detect a fake information citation and biased studies/"Facts"

Having observed the D.U. as a whole as opposed to it's individual parts, it is my belief that we may be able to make great strides in cases where justice was not served, possibly through omission, complicity or improper procedure in general.

My personal goal, as it currently seems to be only me, is to bring justice where fairness, equality, temperance and poor legislation have failed; not just in the Zimmerman case, but to unjust laws and unjust criminal results as a whole. With D.U.s combined knowledge and wisdom, we may be able to apply pressure and guidance for the general betterment of the flawed legal system as a whole.

Thanks for asking. I'm happy to clarify.

Are you of the opinion that the prosecution either simply forgot to run the 911 voice samples through all kinds of screening and analysis or if they did, decided for whatever reason not use that information?

Thanks for bearing with me, cluttering up the front page with this, folks. Didn't mean to distract you who weren't interested in it.

I can't do anything to rectify what happened to Trayvon while sitting here on my ass and looking at funny cat pictures; I'd rather be doing something constructive if there was even a modicum of a chance that it would aid a civil court in convicting.

It is found under the main link "Justice & Public Safety. It is not very active at all, at least it wasn't when I looked in.

I was thinking more a forum devoted to actual judicial activity and activism as opposed to casual discussion, but hey, come what may. Thank you kindly.
