Contrary to other reports, there has been no "deal" by Reid, caving in once again. Of course, that won't stop him from caving later today.

The vote on Richard Cordrey is up at 11. If it goes forward, without a filibuster, the dems have won. If we cave in, the nation loses. If the nomination is filibustered, and no changes are made? the GOP owns this White House, this Senate, and obviously, the House.

(An archaic delaying technique, allowing members to finish their shots and beers before coming back to the floor) That means the firewords will start shortly.

Harry Reid did suggest that there may be a deal, which is very, very, very scary.
